Buyer Guide & FAQs

Find a property, confirm the details with our team, and arrange your next step. Published listings are a starting point for a conversation.

What does သိန်း mean?

One lakh (သိန်း) equals 100,000 Myanmar kyat. For example, သိန်း ၆,၈၀၀ means MMK 680,000,000. Search budget fields use lakhs. Where a numeric asking price is missing, contact the team; do not assume that a displayed negotiable or price-on-request label is a fixed price.

Is every published property available?

No. Availability is shown separately from publication. “Confirm availability” means that the team needs to check the current position. “Sold out” identifies listings marked sold. A recent confirmation date is shown only when an actual confirmation is recorded. Always confirm again before travelling or making an offer.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Open the property and contact Triple H using the configured phone, Viber or Messenger action, or send a callback request. Include the property reference, preferred time, location and budget. Discuss appointment arrangements directly with the team.

What should I check before buying?

Confirm the property, current price, measurements, access, utilities, ownership documents and any separately agreed fees. Use suitable independent professional advice for legal, ownership, valuation and financing matters. A website description or photograph does not replace these checks.

How do I report an incorrect listing or media?

Contact us with the property reference or page link and the information you believe needs review. The team can review availability, price, location, description and media. Please do not send personal documents through the public enquiry form.
